I take a lot of pictures of this ol' Cactus. It seems to have it's own personality. There were stagecoach robberies around here where the gold was never found from the robbery. I'm sure this cactus knows.

I live in New River, Arizona and about every desert scene is taken on the property I live. I became handicapped about 4 years ago and even though I can't walk far my doctors orders were to walk as much as I could. To take my mind off the pain I started carrying my camera I bought for a Christmas present. I really started enjoying the sunsets and desert beauty a lot more than I had before. In fact I look forward to the mornings and afternoons on the desert. I entered a contest in Arizona with one of the pictures and won an Arizona Camera Bag and of course I had to upgrade my camera a little more. I was born at Walter Reed Hospital in Washington, D.C. November 17, 1948. My dad was Air Force and is now buried in Arlington National...
